• Cancellation 15 days or more before departure date: Full refund (minus any necessary administrative fees).

• Cancellation 8-14 days before departure date: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.

• Cancellation within 7 days before departure date: no refund.

2.2 Non-refundable situations

No refund will be given in the following cases:

• Customers whose trips have already started or who do not attend their trips on time.

• Failure to join the trip due to personal reasons (such as visa issues, flight delays or health issues).

• Services booked using coupons or special discounts.

3. Refund Processing Time

3.1 Successfully approved refunds will be returned to your payment account within 5-10 working days. The specific arrival time may vary depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, government policies, epidemics, etc.), we will try our best to assist you in rescheduling or partially refunding. The specific refund ratio depends on the actual situation.

5.1 If you need to change your travel dates, please contact us at least 15 days in advance. Changes to your travel dates will incur additional administrative fees, which vary depending on your travel.
